CCM Motorcycles, one of the few remaining British motorbike manufacturers, will be once again giving demo rides to potential customers at AO`16. They proved very popular last year, so we are delighted they’ll be back this time around.
CCM Motorcycles was formed in 1971 as a motorcycle manufacturing company by Alan Clews in Bolton, UK. The first motorcycles were built in Alan’s garage at home and CCM Motorcycles have continued to create, develop and manufacture British built motorcycles since.
Their current world-beating model is the GP450 Adventure, a bike that was been in development for 5 years. Recognising the missing gap for a lightweight Adventure bike that could truly be capable of handling off-road terrain yet enduring the long distances on road, CCM worked on developing a product that would hit this niche.
5 years from the testing of the Bond-Lite frame on the MX track to long trips on the roads and trails to test seat comfort, and the learning isn’t over, CCM are still developing the aftermarket range by listening to their customers feedback in order to hit the market successfully and provide what the customer wants.
Come and see them for yourselves at the ADVENTURE OVERLAND SHOW … and have a ‘ride of a lifetime’!
