This is the sister event to the Adventure Overland Show ‘Late Summer’ Edition (22-23 September 2018).

Q  What are the opening hours? 

A  10:.00 – 17:00 Saturday, 10:00 – 16:00 Sunday.


Q  How much is admission?

A  £15 adults, under 16’s free of charge, thus negating the need for ‘family tickets’.


Q  How much for parking?

A  Free.


Q  Is Stratford-upon-Avon Racecourse disabled-friendly?

A  In the main, yes. From blue badge disabled parking to a lift and disabled ramps in the main grandstand. There is tarmac outside the grandstands complex, with camping on grass.


Q  Are there any concessions?

A  No, however, upon application pre-event (not on the day), carers accompanying wheelchair users are eligible for a complimentary pass.


Q  Is there mobility hire is available on site?

A  Unfortunately we do not have any mobility hire on site at this event.


Q  Are programmes available at the event?

A  Single A4 information sheets are available upon arrival covering trade stands, seminars and general information.


Q  Are there crèche facilities?

A  No.


Q  What is the medical/first aid procedure?

A  First Aid personnel are located on site. Please advise a  Marshal of any incidents.


Q  Are dogs allowed?

A  Yes, although on leads and ‘clean up’ is essential.


Q  What facilities are available?

A  There are several standard/disabled toilets housed within the grandstands complex and central brick-built building of the event campsite. There is mains water supply for campers, but unfortunately no electric hook-ups. Wheelchairs, mobilitity scooters, phones, etc. can however be charged at the Event Office.


Q  Is there a cash machine on site?

A  No, the nearest is the Shell service station in Evesham Road (10 mins walk, 2 min drive).


Q  Can I take photos/videos at the event?

A  Yes, however, unless by prior permission,  no drones may be used during the show.
